I am happy to hear that you will finally finish high school. Talking about your dilemma, I think that both options are great. I believe that it is a matter of money, you should consider working as a dance trainer if you are struggling to get money.
It's clear to me that you really miss your brother, that's why I advise you to go to Australia if you can afford it. Apart from visiting your brother, you'll be able to see the countryside and enjoy your vacations before the university. It's an opportunity of a lifetime, you can't miss it.
