How are you? I hope you and your family are well. I'm very glad to be the person you are asking some advice. Personally, I think that going to Australia would be the best option. Just imagine it. A nice trip, give your brother a surprise, incredible beaches and landscapes... you must be anxious about going there. And you could learn English, too! If I were you, I would go without thinking it two times. You know what the idiom says: Boats go through just once, don't miss it...
Anyway, working as a dance teacher might be great for you, too. It is clear to me that you are a dance fanatic, so that may complicate your decision. Even though, I recommend you to do what your heart says to you.
I feel that you will enjoy your summer whatever decision you make.
